Saniflo 017 Macerator for External Effluent Management

The SANITOP is a revolutionary system designed for residential applications, allowing for the installation of a half bathroom up to 12-Feet below the sewer line and up to 120-Feet away from a soil stack. It is capable of handling the effluent from a toilet and sink, making it a versatile and efficient choice for homeowners.

Featuring a pressure chamber and a motor, the SANITOP is equipped with stainless steel macerator blades and a pump to effectively process waste. When the flush is activated, the water flow triggers the pressure chamber to start the motor, which then drives the macerator blades at 3600 RPM. This process reduces the waste to slurry, which is then ejected through a grill and picked up by the impeller pump for disposal.

The SANITOP operates quickly and efficiently, with a typical cycle lasting 7-9 seconds. In addition to toilet waste, it can also discharge gray water from a sink, providing comprehensive functionality for a half bathroom setup.

To ensure proper installation, the discharge elbow on top of the SANITOP can be adjusted to the left, right, or back, depending on the specific requirements. A non-return valve prevents back flow, while a vent connection on the lid ensures compliance with plumbing codes that require connection to a vent system.

In terms of noise reduction, the SANITOP is equipped with vibration absorbers to minimize operating sound, making it the smallest and quietest macerator system on the market.
