Saniflo, the world leader in the plumbing industry, utilizes above-floor technology in their pumps, making them suitable for both residential and commercial applications. The Saniaccess2, a 1/2 HP pump system, is designed for the installation of a half-bathroom up to 15 feet below the sewer line, or up to 150 feet away. This system is exclusively for residential use and eliminates the need for frequent service or replacement.

Not only can the Saniaccess 2 handle gray water discharge from a sink, but it also features two easy access service panels for simple maintenance. One panel allows for easy access to the electrical components and level sensor, while the other provides access to the macerating blade for removal of foreign objects.

Technical specifications for the Saniaccess 2 include a motor with 0.5 HP oil-filled thermally protected, a noise level of ≤ 53 dBA (Lp), a discharge rate of 17 GPM at 15 ft, and a shut-off head of 30 ft. It is certified by CSA (IPC, NSPC) and IAPMO (UPC), with connections for a rear outlet toilet and sink.

All Saniflo products come with a standard 2-year warranty, which can be extended to 4 years with registration. This warranty program provides peace of mind in the event of any issues with the product.
