The Saniswift Pro Commercial/Residential Drain Pump from SANIFLO is an ideal solution for pumping gray water away from a variety of fixtures. With the ability to discharge waste up to 14 feet vertical and/or 140 feet horizontal, it is perfect for both residential and commercial upgrades and new builds. In addition to pumps grey water, the Saniswift Pro can also handle waste water from other sanitary fixtures such as a laundry sink, shower, urinal, and washing machine via indirect connection to a laundry sink. The unit features a water detection system (air pressure switch) that requires little to no maintenance, providing a longer life expectancy.

Technical specifications for the Saniswift Pro include a 0.3 HP motor with 120 V-60 Hz/4.5 Amps (Max) electrical requirements, a noise level of ≤ 44 dBA (Lp) measured at 3 ft., a discharge rate of 18 GPM at 14 ft, a shut-off head of 25 ft., and a weight of 16 lbs. In addition, the Oatey Sure-Vent 160 Branch, 24 Stack DFU Capacity Air Admittance Valve is a PVC air admittance valve that provides the ideal venting solution for island sinks, remote bathroom groups, and remodel jobs. The valve keeps sewer and atmospheric pressures equalized, allowing water to drain freely. It features a one-way valve that allows air to enter the plumbing drainage system when negative pressures develop, preventing sewer gases from escaping into the building. The valve is sensitive to pressure changes, closing by gravity and sealing the vent terminal at zero differential pressure (no flow conditions) and under positive internal pressures.

The Oatey Sure-Vent AAV is approved to handle up to 3" vent pipe and has a 20 DFU (Drainage Fixture Unit) capacity. It complies with ASSE (American Society of Safety Engineers) Standard 1050 and 1051 for use as a secondary vent.
