It can be installed up to 18 feet below the sewer line or up to 150 feet away from a soil stack. The SaniBEST pump is designed to connect with various fixtures including the SaniBEST Upflush Toilet, sinks, showers, baths, and washing machines.

SaniBEST INSTALLATION: Installing the SaniBEST is a simple process with just four connections. First, connect the macerating/pump to the spigot of a horizontal outlet toilet. Next, connect the toilet tank to the water supply. Then, connect the macerating/pump to the small diameter discharge pipe work. Finally, connect the macerating/pump to the electrical supply. If desired, connect the discharge pipes from the sink, shower, bath, and/or washing machine as well.

SaniBEST FUNCTION: The SaniBEST consists of a pressure chamber and a motor that drives stainless steel macerator blades and a pump. When the flush is activated, water enters the SaniBEST and activates a microswitch in the pressure chamber, starting the motor. The motor is sealed for life in an oil-filled enclosure. A common spindle drives the impeller and the macerator blades, resulting in minimal moving parts. The macerator blades rotate at 3600 RPM, reducing water and waste matter to slurry. The centrifugal force expels the solids through a grill into a container, where it is picked up by the impeller pump beneath the motor. In addition to toilet waste, the SaniBEST can also discharge gray wastewater from sinks, baths, bidets, and urinals.
