SaniPLUS INSTALLATION: Installing the SaniPLUS is a breeze with just four connections. 1- Connect the macerating/pump to the spigot of a horizontal outlet toilet. 2- Connect the toilet tank to the water supply. 3- Connect the macerating/pump to the small diameter discharge pipe work. 4- Connect the macerating/pump to the electrical supply. Optionally, you can also connect the discharge pipes from the sink, shower, and/or bath.

SaniPLUS FUNCTION: Inside the SaniPLUS, there is a pressure chamber that starts and stops the unit, as well as a motor that drives the stainless steel macerator blades and the pump. When the flush is activated, the water flowing into the SaniPLUS triggers a microswitch in the pressure chamber, which starts the motor. The motor is sealed for life in an oil-filled enclosure. A common spindle drives the impeller and the macerator blades, ensuring minimal moving parts. As the macerator blades rotate at 3600 RPM, water and organic waste are reduced to slurry. The centrifugal force then ejects the reduced solids through a grill into a container, where they are picked up by the impeller pump beneath the motor. The pump operates at 10 PSI and can pump the effluent upward to 12 feet and/or 150 feet horizontally. In addition to toilet waste, the SaniPLUS can also discharge gray wastewater from other sanitary fixtures like hand basins, baths, bidets, and urinals.
